The world is so noisy.
So many things to do and places to be. We tend to forget to ‘rest’ at times and just BE. It’s easy to unwind out of control in not finding our place of peace on a regular basis. We want to control everything in our lives in the midst of all of this noise.
How do we slow down?
How do we find that place of peace is such a noisy world?
Does this life in moving so fast, drifting further and further away from SILENCE. contribute to our anxieties?
What happens when we practice being conformable with SILENCE. ??
No TV, no phones, no social media, no music. Just you and you.
What happens when we become comfortable with silencing everything on a regular basis?
